Accept an invite to a team
Join a team organization from the invite link an owner or admin shared with you.
Open the invite
- Open the invite link you were sent.
- If you do not have an account, click Create account and use the email address the invite was sent to.
- Click Accept invitation.
Shoyu shows Welcome, then opens the team. The role you were given (Member or Admin) is on the invite.
If the invite does not open
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| This invitation is for a different account | Sign out, then sign in with the address the invite was sent to. |
| This invitation has expired | Invites last 7 days. Ask someone in the team to send a new one. |
| This invitation is no longer available | The invite was revoked. Ask for a new one. |
| Password accounts need email verification | Open the verification email Shoyu sent you, then accept again. |
