Watch the curated or original version
When an author edits a recording in Studio, viewers see the curated version. Here is how to switch to the original.
Switch versions
A bar above the player says Curated version and how much shorter it is. Click Show original to watch the recording as it was captured. Click Back to curated to return.
If a link takes you to a moment the author skipped, Shoyu offers View original moment.
When the edit changes
If the author changes the edit while you watch, Shoyu shows Curated version updated with Use it. Your place is kept until you choose.
In a few cases the player falls back to the original, such as while casting or in Picture-in-Picture. The bar says so.
