Email hello@shoyu.cc. A person reads every message and replies. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.

Send diagnostics from the Mac app

Settings › System & Storage with appearance, launch, CLI, storage, transcription and diagnostics.
  1. In the Mac app, open Settings › System & Storage.
  2. Click Export diagnostics and save the file.
  3. Attach it to your email.

Diagnostics do not include your sign-in tokens.

Report from the dashboard

For a quick bug report or idea, use Report a bug or idea in the dashboard header.
