Rename a recording and add tags

Give a recording a clear title and tags so your team can find it.

Rename it

  1. On the Playback page, click Edit next to the title, or click the title.
  2. Type the new title. Titles can be up to 160 characters.
  3. Press ↩ to save, or esc to cancel.

The recording’s owner and the organization’s owners and admins can rename it. New recordings may get a suggested title. Owners and admins can turn suggestions off in recording policy.

Add tags

  1. Click Add tags under the title.
  2. Type a tag. Matching tags appear as you type, or choose Create for a new one.
  3. Press ↩, ⇥ or a comma to add it.

A recording can have up to 50 tags. Click a tag’s remove button to take it off. Owners and admins can rename, merge and delete tags for everyone. See Manage tags.
