Create a team organization

Create it

1. Open the account menu and choose Create organization.
2. Enter an Organization name and, if you like, add an avatar.
3. Review the AI title suggestions and MCP Access switches. You can change them later in recording policy.
4. Click Continue.
5. Add invites by email and role, then click Send invites, or click Skip.

You become the organization’s owner.

Change its name or avatar

Owners and admins can open Settings › Profile, change the Organization name or avatar, and click Save settings. Avatars can be PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 5 MB. To remove the avatar, click the bin on its corner.

Archive an organization

Owners can archive a team organization from Settings › Danger. Archiving hides it, cancels pending invites and stops new uploads. Its recordings are kept.
