Billing and plans

During early access

Shoyu has no paid plans yet. Early access is free while Shoyu works out pricing from how teams use it. Early access teams keep a discount when pricing launches. There will always be a free tier, with sensible limits and some watermarking.

Your Personal space is free with its own limits. Read more on the pricing page.

Billing settings

Owners of a team organization can open Settings › Billing to see its status, members and hosting period. When paid billing is available, this is where owners choose a plan and manage payment.

If a banner says hosted uploads and playback are paused, your recordings, members and comments are still kept. An owner can resolve it from Billing.
