Save recordings in a playlist

Group recordings you can watch into a playlist and put them in the order you want.

Open your playlists

On Videos, choose Playlists. You can also open Playlists from quick actions (⌘K).

Each playlist shows its name, how many videos you can still watch, and their total runtime. Choose New playlist to name one. Open a playlist and choose Share playlist to copy a link for your coworkers. They sign in to open it and see only the recordings in it that they can already watch. A Private recording stays with the people who can open it.

Add a recording

While a recording is playing, choose Add to playlist at the top right of the player. Pick Add on a playlist, or type a name and choose Create to start a new one with this recording first.

A recording already in that playlist shows Remove. Choose it to take the recording out. The recording stays in your library.

Change the order

Open a playlist and drag a recording by its handle to a new place. For a long list, type the position and press Enter. Position 1 is at the top.

If a recording is deleted, expires, or you can no longer watch it, it stays in the playlist as Removed and is left out of the runtime. It does not show to people who open your share link. Shoyu sends you an Inbox notice. Open the playlist and choose Remove on that row. If a recording you saved gets a share password you have not entered, its row shows Password required instead, with no notice. Open the recording from that row and enter the password to see it again. Edit beside the name renames the playlist in place. Delete playlist asks you to confirm, then removes the list. The recordings stay in your library.
